Shipping policy
Please allow time for both production and shipping. Carrier delivery estimates begin after your completed order is shipped.
Production Comes First
Standard production is approximately 7 business days from the date your order is placed. April–June is our busy season; please allow 7–10 business days during busy periods. Production times vary by product, availability, quantity, and personalization. Custom and special-order items may take longer. Missing order details or delayed proof approval may affect your completion date. Shipping time is additional.
Faster shipping speeds up transit after shipment; it does not shorten production. If you have a firm event date, contact us before placing your order so we can confirm available options.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at 3421 Kirkwood Highway, Wilmington, DE 19808, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. Please wait until our team lets you know your order is ready before coming in.
Estimated Shipping Times
Most shipments go out using UPS Ground. Depending on the order and shipping method, we may also use USPS or FedEx. Delivery times vary by service and destination.
