Custom & Personalized Orders

Our awards are designed, assembled, and personalized to order. Once a custom item has been built or personalized, it is non-returnable because it cannot be resold to another customer.

Proofs & Customer Approval

Proofs are provided for most personalized orders. Trophies, medals, and perpetual plates typically do not receive a proof unless requested.

When a proof is provided, written approval is required before production; email approval is acceptable. Please review names, spelling, dates, wording, and layout carefully. Delayed approval can delay completion and shipping.

Customer-provided spelling or wording errors, including errors on an approved proof, are the customer’s responsibility. Remakes or corrections for those errors are at the customer’s expense.

If We Make an Error

If an engraving, printing, or personalization error is due to a mistake on our part, contact us within 15 days after the date your order was shipped or delivered to request return authorization.

We will correct our error at our expense or provide a corrected item of the same or similar type, depending on availability. Our policy is to correct or replace the item rather than issue a refund for personalization errors on our part.

Return Authorization Is Required

Please contact us before sending anything back. If a return is authorized, we will issue a return merchandise authorization (RMA). The RMA number must appear on the outside of the return package.

Packages returned without an RMA will not be accepted and will be returned unopened to the sender.

Any returns accepted outside the required procedure are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Where a credit or refund is issued for an accepted return, applicable restocking fees and shipping charges are deducted before the credit is issued.
