Artwork Requirements
Upload the Best File You Have
Don't worry if you're unsure whether your artwork is print-ready. Upload the best file you have, and we'll review it before production. If artwork cleanup or graphic design is needed, we'll contact you for approval before proceeding.
Preferred File Formats
For the best engraving and print quality, we recommend:
- ✅ AI (Adobe Illustrator)
- ✅ EPS
- ✅ SVG
- ✅ Vector PDF
These file types produce the highest quality results and can be resized without losing quality.
Accepted Image Files
We also accept:
- PNG
- JPG / JPEG
- TIFF
- BMP
For best results, images should be high resolution (300 dpi at full size).
Artwork That May Require Cleanup
The following files often require artwork preparation before production:
- Website or social media images
- Screenshots
- Low-resolution logos
- Images copied from Word or PowerPoint documents
- Grayscale artwork for laser engraving
If artwork preparation is required, we'll contact you before any additional charges are applied.
Laser Engraving
Laser engraving works differently than printing.
Artwork that looks good on a computer screen or printer may not produce the best engraved results. For the highest quality engraving, artwork should be clean, high-contrast, and free of unnecessary grayscale effects.
Copyright
By uploading artwork, you confirm that you own the rights to reproduce the logos, images, or artwork provided or have permission from the copyright owner.
We May Already Have Your Logo
Champion Trophies maintains a large library of company logos and artwork. If we've completed work for your organization before, there's a good chance we already have your logo in a production-ready format.
