Explore our awards, trophies, plaques, gifts, apparel, and signs. Choose the sizes, colors, and quantities that suit your occasion. Our team can help you compare options or find items beyond the website.
Order Your Way
Order through our website, email your request, call us, or visit our Wilmington showroom. For custom projects or items you don't see online, contact us for a quote. Tell us your needed date before ordering.
Send Your Personalization
Provide names and wording exactly as they should appear, plus logos and special instructions. Upload files where the product page offers that option, or email artwork to sales@championtrophies.com.
Review & Approve
We Prepare Your Layout
For orders requiring a proof, we use your wording and artwork to prepare a layout for review. Watch your email for the proof before production begins.
Check Every Detail
Review all spelling, names, dates, wording, and layout. Reply to the proof email with any corrections so we can update the design before you approve it.
Approve by Email
Once the details are correct, send your written approval. Email approval is accepted; verbal approval is not. For orders requiring a proof, approval is needed before personalization. Delayed approval may affect your completion date.
We Make Your Order
Personalized for You
With the necessary details and approvals received, our team produces your order. Items requiring a proof are personalized using the approved wording and layout.
Allow Production Time
Standard production is approximately 7 business days from the date your order is placed. April–June is our busy season; please allow 7–10 business days during busy periods. Custom and special-order items may take longer. Missing order details or delayed proof approval may affect your completion date. Shipping time is additional. Have a firm deadline or need rush service? Contact us before ordering to confirm availability and timing.
Pick Up or Ship
We'll notify you when your order is ready. Pick up at our Wilmington showroom or arrange shipping. Allow extra time for delivery. Payment is due before pickup or shipping unless approved account terms apply.
Proofs: Trophies, medals, and perpetual plates typically do not receive a proof unless requested. Remakes or corrections resulting from errors on an approved proof are at the customer's expense.
Payment: Some custom orders require a deposit or full payment before production.
