- Personalization: Custom full-color artwork
- Sizes: Eight plaque sizes: 4" × 6", 5" × 7", 6" × 8", 7" × 9", 8" × 10", 9" × 12", 10½" × 13", and 12" × 15"
- Finishes: Choose Black, Cherry, Walnut, Walnut Piano, Rosewood Piano, or Black Piano finishes; available finishes vary by size
- Board materials: Cherry-finish boards are composite; Walnut boards are solid wood

For help creating a custom design, select “Help me create my design” in the personalization form and describe your ideas. A $15 artwork setup fee is added to your cart once per design. One fee covers the same design used on multiple plaques.
