The standard turnaround time is 5 business days. Larger orders may require additional time, as well as special-order items such as bronze castings and promotional products. A delivery date will be confirmed with each order. Please be sure to inform us of any specific requirements to ensure timely processing.

Yes! Whether you need your order shipped locally or across the US, we can accommodate your needs. Orders will typically be shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Expedited shipping is available upon request. A shipping charge will be applied, and the cost of freight will be added to your invoice.

Yes, we can take item details and check stock for you over the phone, but we prefer that you e-mail the engraving copy for the awards to prevent any misspellings taken over the phone.

Yes.  We have done several small and large installations, recognizing the unselfish gifts of many individuals and organizations.  We can work in any number of mediums from Glass, Wood, Corian, Metal, Stone or whatever the design will call for to reach the objective.  

Yes.  We supply any type of personalization process, which includes personalizing clothing and sportswear items, quickly and accurately.

Given sufficient time and quantity, we can design, manufacture, and deliver any type of custom promotional product or award product you can imagine. Whether it's produced internally or sourced globally from one of our offshore factories, we have the capabilities to meet your needs.

For accounts with established credit, we can invoice you for the awards. For new or COD accounts, we accept all major credit cards, including American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. Alternatively, you are welcome to visit our store and pay in cash.

All orders will be submitted to the customer as a proof in PDF or other image format via email. The customer must sign off on the proof before any engraving or personalization is performed. To avoid delays in shipping, please return the approved proof to us as quickly as possible.

The proof is issued before production to prevent errors. Once the proof is approved, we are not responsible for any mistakes in the proofing process. Any rework or rerun required will be at the customer's expense. It is your responsibility to carefully review the attached proof for accuracy.

If your order was damaged during shipping, please retain all packaging and wrapping materials for UPS or FedEx inspection. Contact us within 48 hours of receipt to report the damage.

If the error is on your part after proof approval, we will replace the incorrect item(s) as quickly as possible at the replacement cost of the item. Regardless of the cause of the error, we will make every effort to ensure that the corrected awards reach you in time for your presentation.

All of our orders are fulfilled on a custom basis. Each award is individually designed, assembled, and personalized with engraving and/or silk screening. Once an item is created, it is non-returnable due to its custom nature and because it cannot be resold to other customers.

Most of our products are not reusable after engraving. However, in certain cases, we may be able to replace the engraving plate to repurpose the award for a different occasion or recipient. Please contact us to discuss this on a case-by-case basis.

We often receive calls from people asking if we can recycle trophies.

We can do that if you have a trophy that you would like to recycle and update with a new plate for a different event.

However, the trophy owners cannot keep the awards they have collected over the years but don't want to throw them away.  Unfortunately, we're unable to recycle trophies, due to the inability to match parts when a multiple piece order is placed and the inability to color-match parts.

There are quite a few organizations in and around who may welcome the opportunity to have donated awards that they can clean and have new engraving plates attached.  We suggest checking your local YMCA, Boys and Girls Clubs, Churches, and other such organizations to see if they require trophies.
